1. How do we place an order?

        Placing an order has been made very easy. All you need to do is

  • Chose the product you would like to order
  • Select the Size & Quantity
  • Click on “Buy Now” or to continue Shopping click on “Add to Cart”
  • Go to the cart and fill in your delivery details
  • Chose the payment terms & confirm your transaction
  • You will receive an sms and email containing your order details once the order is confirmed. (Do check your spam or bulk mail for the email.)

2. How do we make the payments?

You have 3 modes to make the payment

  • Online Card Payment (Debit & Credit Card) Both Nepal & International Cards are accepted
  • Cash On Delivery – (You can pay at the time of delivery, We provide this service at few cities.)
  • Esewa (Details mentioned in the Payment option)

Please note any charge incurred to make the payment will be borne by the customer. Delivery charges will be applicable unless otherwise mentioned.


3. What about Return & Damage policy?

We do take returns of products on the following conditions

  • To Quality for return policy, you need to be a registered user and order must be placed after you have logged in.
  • The claim must be made within 3 days of delivery from the website.
  • If product quality is not as mentioned on the product description (this clause does not include personal view or opinion, but general view of the product. This Clause does not apply if real image for the same has been shared on our website, social media accounts)
  • If size does not fit (In this case, the product will be exchanged once the order has been returned back to us within 7 working days)
  • If the product received is in damage condition.
  • If product received is different than mentioned when placing the order (This Clause does not apply if real image for the same has been shared on our website, social media accounts)

4. What if I have made the payment and the product is not delivered?

If the payment is made and the product is not delivered within the said time, you can email us at  jashn@shopatjashn.com and intimate us for a refund. Your entire amount shall be returned without questions asked as long as it meets the refund policy. Please mention your name, contact number and your order number in the email for an easy refund.
 


5. How long does my order take to be delivered?

The Time taken to deliver the product is mentioned in the product detail. If the product is in stock when you have placed the order, it usually takes 3-4 working days to deliver. Otherwise the dates are mentioned in the product detail itself. Please confirm the estimate delivery time mentioned in the cart.


6. How will I know if my order has been placed?

Once your order has been placed you shall receive an sms and email for confirmation containing the order number, the product details along all other important information. If you do not receive the sms and email within 24 hours of placing the order please call customer care to confirm the order at +977 9814327018. The Same number is available at Whats App & Viber also


7. Is there any other information about the product that we need to know?

Most of the information regarding the product is mentioned in the product details. Sometimes the real image of the product may be different from the model photo, which is also shown in the product detail.
If you still would like to clarify more information about the product you can call us between 10 am to 5.30 pm or get in touch with us via social media like our Facebook page or Instagram page or through Viber or Whats App. We also have an Live Chat facility at the website.


8. Is there any hidden cost?

No there is no hidden cost or addition expense that you will need to pay. The entire amount payable shall be mentioned on the order confirmation email send to you. Neither the delivery person nor the company shall ask you to make any addition payments. But please do note if the address mentioned is different than the delivery location, additional charge may be added by the delivery team.


9. Is our Card details safe on www.shopatjashn.com ?

We do not store any information regarding your card on our servers. Neither our customer service team nor any email communication will ask you for any such details. We also advise you not to share your details with anyone to avoid any security issues.


10. Can we come and see the product and buy them?

Yes, you can call us (at 9814327018) and fix an appointment to visit our office . You are most welcome to visit us during our working ours to select the products and buy them from there, Otherwise we ship only confirmed orders.
