Only the mode of payment mentioned on the website shall be considered as official mode of payment. Our team will not encourage you to make payment in any other format or accounts. We request you to strictly follow the modes of payment of our website to avoid any loss. Jashn Management has not be liable to payment sent elsewhere.
Cash on delivery (COD) option shall be subjected to Jashn Management decision. This option is limited to certain cities only. The upper limit for COD option is of Rs10000/-
In case of pre-payment (either by debit or credit card, wallets or Net Banking), you request you to send us the voucher along with the order number either via message on social media account, website chat or email for easy processing of the order.
Any payments if not verified can result in the delay in order processing.
Do note if order has been returned to us stating failed delivery, and if we need to send the order again via courier or any other means the cost shall be borne by the customer.
Jashn is not responsible if the payments sent via the customer are to the wrong account details other than mentioned on our website.
All refunds shall be done once the ordered product has been returned back to Jashn. The order returned must comply with the return policy mentioned above.
Any refunds shall be sent to the customer bank account as provided by them after deducting any charges incurred on their behalf while they returned the product.
The Refund amount will be equal to the net values paid for the product (i.e., after deducting all the discount, offer and point value used)
The refund shall be processed within 3 working days after receiving the returned Product
Jashn shall send the Transaction voucher for the refund via email, or social media account.
We request you to confirm the payment has been received or not within 24 hours, so that if any errors, it can be resolved. In case of any claims after 24 hours Jashn shall not be responsible.

The Product order has been delayed and is no longer needed. This clause becomes void if the customer not receiving the product after it’s been made ready for shipment. (By “DELAY”, it means the order is not ready for shipment within the estimated date provided while placing the order. “Ready for Shipment” Means the ordered products have been packed, invoiced or handed over to the courier company. A SMS/email is sent with the tracking details once the order is ready for shipment. Any refund claims must be made before this stage.)
The Product order falls under any of the Return Policy Reason, except Point no 2. In this case a coupon voucher will be issued after the order has been returned.
The Size requested is no longer available. This does not include the term Size does not fit (In such a case product will be exchanged only).
If Jashn is not able to fulfil your order (within the said time frame). This clause becomes void if the customer not receiving the product after it’s been made ready for shipment.
